He can't quite make out whether she's teasing or not until she confirms it with a negative, and he's not sure whether how much of a relief it is. On the one hand, it's good to know they're at least on the same level in some way, as he's fairly certain this is one of the few things they have in common; but on the other hand, he wonders if it might have been useful to have someone who has experience in-- in what? Graverobbing? Cemetery drifting? He might have to rethink that one.
He raises an eyebrow when she finds the shovels, tossing the one he'd brought with him aside because the other looks to be a better fit for his height, and holds his hand out to take one. "Where he said they'd be. Are we expecting company tonight?"
