THE WATERS residence & the library
Spencer lives in the home he grew up in from the age of six with his husband Joel Waters-Baker, their friend Raleigh Harper, their dog Huxley, and Joel's cat Balto.
The most important thing to note about the house is that Joel has put a charm on it so that nobody is able to enter without a direct invitation from one of its three residents. This precaution was taken after Mark Fuller entered the home and abducted Spencer as an act of revenge on Joel.

It's a cozy place, two-stories plus an attic with a dock in the backyard. There are three bedrooms: Spencer and Joel share the master, the second is taken by Raleigh, and the third is empty but for a bed and a couple empty dressers. It could easily be used as a guest room but will most likely just be transformed into a nursery in the future.
The interior is kept fairly simple, mostly untouched from the way his mother had kept things, though some serious redecorating and possibly even renovations are certainly in order.

There's a dock in the backyard, though it hasn't been used or attended to in the last couple years and much of the wood is likely rotting through while the parts that aren't are covered with moss. The lawn would be prone to become overrun with weeds if Spencer didn't occasionally remember to call someone to do the yard work. He hasn't really stepped foot back there himself since his 27th birthday, when he found his mother dead.

Spencer's favorite room in the house since the death of his family is the library, though more recently, he's suffered a trauma in the room that has kept him from spending as much time there as he used to. It was previously a den, and it's the single biggest luxury Spencer has and likely ever will allow himself.

Spencer worked at the Siren Cove Public Library for twelve years but after getting married, he left to work with Joel at Crossroads. The hours are as follows:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 10am - 8pm
Wednesday: 10am - 8pm
Thursday: 10am - 8pm
Friday: Noon - 6pm
Saturday: Noon - 6pm
Sunday: Closed
The store closes for an hour each day for lunch, though it wouldn't be uncommon to see it closed for a bit longer than that once in awhile or for the store to be opened a little later than it's supposed to be.
